Careers Programme Information

Sixth formers are offered on-going careers support whilst in Years 12 and 13. This includes:

• Visits to Russell Group universities
• Attendance on trips to international companies such as Smith & Nephew (London)
• Workshops and 1:1 support from a range of UK universities for UCAS applications
• Careers workshops from external and internal sources
• Work Experience Programme for Year 12 – an opportunity to promote yourself to local employers, gain a valuable insight into a career you may like to pursue, get real work experience and receive important feedback on strengths and areas for improvement
• Confidential 1:1 information, advice and guidance interviews
• Access to our resident qualified Careers Lead
• Invitations to onsite and external careers fairs.

We work with Migrant Leaders whose partners include Anglo American, Smith & Nephew, Kantar, ABB, Westcon-Comstor, Illumina, Ipsos, Salesforce, Sparta Global, CBRE, BP, Meta, First Mode, Swan Partners, Starbucks, KPMG, Kingfisher, Ciena, NatWest, Verian, Barclays and Clifford Chance, offering the opportunity to learn about different careers.
