The Luton Steelbacks Cricket Academy

The Luton Steelbacks Cricket Academy is a unique cricket coaching and player development programme that enables students with an interest and aptitude in cricket to experience high quality coaching, alongside their academic programme.

Led by David Ripley, ex Head Coach of Northamptonshire Cricket Club, our programme endeavours to provide players with skills that benefit them both on and off the field by exposing them to professional players, coaches and industry experts in areas such as fitness, nutrition and psychology. Sessions will take place at the Northamptonshire County Cricket Club Academy facility as well as local facilities. With state-of-the-art training and development methods we will be providing the scholars with a range of opportunities:
